About Us - 2024 Updates

Exciting Dunebird News. 

For those who have not seen our social media post, we are happy to announce new ownership and headquarter location of Dunebird. 

Dunebird has moved to the beautiful fresh coast of Lake Huron, in Alpena, MI. We are super excited to continue Howie and Zach's journey and promise that we are just as obsessed with the beach as they are. 

We will continue providing the OG Terry Towel Pullovers and plan to extend beyond the current product line moving forward!

A Little About Us.

The new owners include myself, Maren, and my dad, Brian. We both have a passion for the outdoors, which lead us to starting a small outdoors-centric company in 2022, Skyre Sports. Skyre Sports includes a headwear business, Choucas Hats®, (now) Dunebird apparel, and a local bike shop in Alpena, Harborside Cycle & Sport. We are passionate about providing products that enhance people's everyday adventures.
